QUESTION: Cllr. Cathal King

"To ask the Manager, to update the Committee on the progress made in relation to the laneway at Cushlawn Dale which was the subject of a motion passed two months ago, are there any proposals in this regard and has the opening of the voluntary units on Cushlawn Dale had any impact either positively or negatively and can he make a statement on the matter"

The County Architect has examined a range of solutions to address the outstanding issues at this location.  The Developer of the Deerpark development has agreed that a co-ordinated design solution for the interface is required. 

 

A preliminary presentation on this matter will be made to today’s meeting of the Area Committee.
