MOTION: Cllr. Cathal King

"That this Committee calls on the Manager to bring a report on the current status of the "concept plans" for infill housing  in the Fettercairn area Fettercairn which were noted by Tallaght Councillors when the concept was originally presented at this Area Committee".

REPORT

In accordance with agreed procedures a presentation on the design approach to the next phase of infill housing in the Fettercairn area was made to the members of the Tallaght Area Committee at their meeting in December 2005.

The concept plans for this infill housing in the Fettercairn area were developed for internal and community consultation purposes prior to the developed plans being advanced through to the Part 8 consultation process and public display.  Advertisements in this regard are being prepared for publication.
