Questions
"To ask the Chief Executive if there are any future plans to install lighting & cameras in the Carrigmore playground?"
"To ask the Chief Executive for clarification regarding the following - Two islands have been installed on Brookview Court & on the entrance to Brookview Drive, for the purpose of traffic calming. I would like to note that the issue of speeding cars was not at these two entrances. There has been and continues to be an issue of cars speeding coming from Brookview Gardens up to the newer built houses in the cul de sac on Brookview Drive. This issue has been raised both with the Gardai and the Council. I have had a number of complaints with regard to these two islands, particularly the one on Brookview Drive. They are hard to see at night, with many cars crashing into them. Additionally, as the road is not wide enough, cars are driving onto the pathway were many kids play. For those reasons, I ask the Chief Executive what will be done to rectify this issues."

Questions
"To ask the Chief Executive when will the issue of membersnet be rectified? When making representations, the system does not allow enough time and times out. Additionally, while it states that there is a two week time frame for response, this is often not the case. This can sometimes take up to 3 weeks. While completely understanding the number of issues the Council is dealing with at present, this issue needs to be rectified as this is the main source for Councillors to make representations".

That this Area Committee calls on the Chief Executive to substantially increase the numbers of Litter Bins in Tymon Park, paying particular attention to the walking area between the pedestrian bridge at the Area Road and the vehicular bridge at the Rangers Station and also the area at the main entrance to the Arena Road.
That this Committee asks the Chief Executive for clarification on the following - In light of the Belgard residents opposing the play space in their area I had a motion asking that this funding be redirected to the Brookview area. This motion was passed and supported by all Councillors. Since that time, there has been a number of meetings with the residents, all hugely positive. For that reason, I am calling on the Chief Executive to commit to the installation of this play space.
That this Committee calls on the Chief Executive to begin a process of re-engagement with all the residents of Avonbeg and Homelawns in order to try and facilitate the locating of a play space in that area.
That this committee calls on the Chief Executive to take immediate action to remove offending Graffiti in Tallaght Village and at other locations in Tallaght and will the Chief Executive also agree to review the Council's policy of issuing letters of threat of legal action against the owners of property vadalised by Graffiti.
That this Committee calls on the Chief Executive to arrange for at least two bins to be installed at the Killinarden Shopping Centre either by the management company or the Council in an effort to alleviate the bad litter problem in the area. There is not even one bin at the centre.
That this Committee asks the Chief Executive that the Brookmount Estate be cleansed with emphasis on the following:
- Removal of refuse and debris at the Brookmount entrance- stone bearing its name.
-Grass cutting at this area and at Tymon Lane towards the M50 underpass.
-Attend to the debris- which include syringes- at the walkway from the Estate to the Basketball Arena.
- Repair of the "grey" wall at the bottom of Brookmount Rd- vandalised and neglected for years.
- Removal of weeds at the revamped Glenview roundabout.
-Provision of a litter bin at the garage walkway to allow school children dispose litter properly.
- Removal of graffiti at the rear of the Estate.
That this Committee asks the Chief Executive to arrange for some planting at the hedgerow between 42-44 Kiltipper Drive onto Kiltipper Rd. Since a number of utility boxes were installed in the vicinity of the planted hedgerow there is a number of gaps in the planting which ruin the aesthetics of the hedgerow. Filling in the gaps would finish it off to the satisfaction of residents in the area.
That this Committee seek a definite date for the agreed painting of railings at Parkhill/Belgard Rd.
