That the Manager undertakes to clean the shores at Monksfield Court, Clondalkin.
That this Committee requests urgent action to address the disgraceful condition of the grass bank areas adjacent to the M50, N7 and Luas Red Cow Car Park. This area is disgracefully filthy with litter and could also be enhanced with a landscaping/planting scheme as it is a major infrastructural feature of our county
That a report be brought as to the continuous dumping on both private and public grounds at rear of Coldcut Club and rear of adjoining housing estates. Reply to include what measures this Council can provide to remove same.
That the Manager presents a report on the procedure to be followed by a community group that wishes to organise a once-off clean up or a regular clean up of their area. Please include contact numbers for relevant council officials who can assist groups with the arrangements and the procedures around the following issues.
provision of bags, gloves, pickers and hi vis vests.
collection of filled bags of rubbish.
That this Committee requests the manager to consider providing dog litter bins in and around Clondalkin Village and issue free bags as a pilot project in an effort to tackle what is a very annoying and increasing problem
That the Manager provides a comprehensive report on illegal dumping in Samildanach GAA Coldcut Club, Coldcut Road and provides measures to eliminate illegal dumping in this area, perhaps by use of mobile cameras.

That a report be provided on the upkeep of pathways in Corkagh Park in view of deterioration of same.
Roads
Questions
The footpath linking Boot Road with Caldebeck Way and thence to Newlands cross is being seriously encroached upon by the shrubbery there, rendering it almost impassable to some users. To ask the Manager if this can be addressed please?
To ask the Manager as there are a number of concerns in relation to the footpaths in St Mark's estate. What can be done?
To ask the Manager to address the lighting issue at the top of New Road(dead end)/Newlands Road. This is a very dark and quiet corner and has become a 'hang out' area for youths in cars and also the scene of some serious anti-social activity of which the Gardai are aware. I believe an extra lamp to brighten the area would detract individuals from gathering in this corner?

That the Manager present a report on the Valhalla facility on the Watery lane in Clondalkin with particular reference to accessibility to the site for residents with physical handicap. The footpaths outside the facility are narrow and in a bad state. What plans are in place to address these issues.
That this Committee agrees that the redundant telephone box in Main Street, Clondalkin is unsightly and a health and safety hazard and arrangements should be made for it's removal.

Planning
Questions
To ask the Manager, in relation to a proposed new VEC run primary school at Tór an Rí, Balgaddy could a number of issues be clarified please.
1. Is the proposed new site not far too close to the existing Archbishop Ryan Junior and Senior National schools?
2. Will another large school in this immediate area not exacerbate the existing traffic and parking problems on the Balgaddy Road?
3. Does the council have a long term vison for the Balgaddy area and how does this new school project fit in to that vision?
4. Would it not make more sense to use this site for a second level school for the pupils who have gone through the Archbishop Ryan Schools?
5. What input does the council and councillors have into the selection of sites for schools?
