QUESTION: Councillor T. Gilligan

To ask the Manager to shorten the height of the wall at the house 1a St Patrick's estate between the chipper, which makes the area here darker?

REPLY:

As the Councillor will be aware, the Council is pursuing the acquisition of a strip of land contained within the site of the house at 1A St. Patrick's Road with a view to regularising title to the site so as to facilitate the sale of the house. It is not proposed to carry out any alterations to the boundary wall between the house and the chip shop at this stage pending the future use of the house being clarified.
