QUESTION: Councillor B. Bonner

The footpath linking Boot Road with Caldebeck Way and thence to Newlands cross is being seriously encroached upon by the shrubbery there, rendering it almost impassable to some users.  To ask the Manager if this can be addressed please?

An inspection will be carried out at this location and arrangements will be made to cut back any shrubbery which is impacting on the footpath .
