MOTION: Councillor T. Ridge

That a further report on 1a, St. Patrick's Road, Clondalkin be brought to next Clondalkin Area Meeting.

REPORT:

A Compulsory Purchase Order in respect of the linear strip of land at the above address has been made.

The making of the CPO will now be advertised and the land owners and Bord Pleanala will be notified of its making. The owners will have up to 6 weeks to object to the making of the CPO to the Bord.

The CPO will be confirmed unless there is an objection in which case the Bord will convene an oral hearing.

If the CPO is confirmed, the Council will serve the necessary notices to acquire the land.
