That this Council arranges to prune the sycamore trees in Brookvale Estate which have become overgrown and further, undertakes to examine the roots of the trees in the estate which are causing damage to adjoining properties and carry out any works necessary to alleviate any existing damage and prevent any damage in the future.

Given the recent incidences of trip and fall accidents causing serious injury, that this Council undertakes an audit of the footpaths in the Rathfarnham Templeogue LEA with a view to identifying those footpaths in need of repair and arranges to carry out needed repairs as a matter of urgency

This Area Committee calls on the Manager to liaise with the National Transport Authority and to request funding for Bike Parking stands to be installed at bus stops/Terminus across the Tallaght Area. Additionally, Bus stops at junctions/borders of the surrounding LEA's of the Tallaght Area, where space is allowed for such parking.
