To ask the Manager to install a bottle bank at the Bawnogue Enterprise Centre?
That the Manager brings a headed item to the Council to dispose of land at 45-57 Lealand Drive to the residents on Anti Social Behaviour grounds.
That the Manager outlines how many planning applications were submitted to the Council in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 to date for the Clondalkin EA and how many were granted. Can the Manager bring this as a headed item / quarterly report along with planning files, similar to the Litter Waste Management Plan?
To ask the Manager for a report on any discussions which the Council has had with Enterprise Ireland and/or the Department of Environment, Community and Local Government, and/or the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in relation to Action 2.5 (regarding a new Community Enterprise Development Programme) of the Government's Action Plans for Jobs 2012, and Action 3.8 (Support for micro and small businesss sector in developing an online presence), and if she will make a statement on the matter?

That it is the view of this Council that any revised Household Charge or new Property Tax which is introduced by the Government for 2012 should be fair and equitable, must take into account the ability of householders to pay, and must not discriminate against householders in the Dublin Region including South Dublin County, and requests the Manager to convey this view to the Ministers of Finance and Environment, Community and Local Government.
That the Manager addresses grass that is left behind after being cut/mowed and the Manager outlines how to tackle the issue of over growing grass verges in the Woodford/Monksfield area.
To ask the Manager to provide a report on the creation and development of walking trails and cycle tracks throughout the County and identifies any possible funding sources for developing same?
To ask the Manager for an update on the installation of exercise trails throughout the County?
To ask the Manager to instruct the relevant SPC to update the Playground Construction Programme?
To ask the Manager to give a general update on the Tidy Towns campaign across the County and in particular to address the relationship of the social credit scheme to participation in the Tidy Towns competition?
To ask the Manager to outline the amount of monies received in the county from the NPPR since its inception and to account for changes in receipts for the years it has been operating?
To ask the Manager to present an update on the household tax and the receipts to date in this county?
That the Manager provide a report on how the Council managed during the recent spell of heavy rainfall and to list any vulnerable locations in the county as a result?
To ask the Manager to outline the regulations governing the erection/(tying/hanging/nailing etc) of banners/posters/hoardings on buildings/poles/railings/walls/roofs/fences/vehicles on a temporary or semi-permanent basis?
To ask the Manager to update the Council on the Manager's response to my motion of 2011 requiring the Council to give detailed consideration to the passing of by-laws requiring residents to maintain the areas outside of their homes free of snow and ice during adverse weather conditions?
To ask the Manager if she can advise the meeting what percentage of owners of residential properties in the County liable for the Household Charge had paid the charge by 30th June 2012?
To ask the Manager if she can provide a report on the number and location of Community Enterprise Centres in the County which are supported by the Council, and if she can provide information of the occupancy rate of each such Enterprise Centre?
That the Manager actively engages with community groups throughout the county to encourage our villages to participate in The Gathering 2013.
