QUESTION: Councillor C. King

To ask the Manager to ensure all resident associations and Community Councils are issued with applications for the bulbs not bonfires project well in advance of Holloween.

REPLY:

The Bulbs not Bonfires will be administered under the Social Credits System this year.  The bulbs will be a reward for positive action preventing bonfires.  Planting will take place at the end of October and November. Full information is available along with an application form on www.socialcredits.ie
