"To ask the Manager for a report on flood alleviation measures required at Glenview, in particular at and near the junction of the N81 and Avonmore Rd, and to make a statement on the matter?"

REPLY:

The Drainage Section are currently carrying out a CCTV survey of the surface water sewers in this area in order to assess the state of the network as we suspect that there might be tree root infestation into some of the pipes which would reduce the capacity of the network to deal with heavy downpours of rain.
