QUESTION: Councillor W. Lavelle

"To ask the Manager for an update on any discussions which have taken place with the developer of Tullyhall, in response to the issues relating to unfinished development raised in discussions on my motion at the June meeting?"

REPLY:

There were three outstanding building contol issues on this development namely fencing at the end of the cul-de-sac, a blocked sewer and public lighting.

South Dublin County Council are satisfied with the existing fencing and planting at the end of Tullyhall Green.  The drainage issue has been resolved by the Developer.  We are in the proccess of resolving the public lighting issue and expect this to be resolved within the coming week.
