"To ask the Manager to provide three litter bins in the Work area. One at the bus stop on Willington Road just after the roundabout, and the other two on either side of Osprey Road at the entrance into the estate. In light of the tremendous work done by the residents association in that area and the considerable amount of money this Council saves as a result of their efforts, I feel it would send a very positive message of appreciation and support if we could oblige their request?"

That the Manager arranges for the cleansing and sweeping of the centre median and kerbsides on the new Outer Ring Road as soon as possible.

That urgent action be taken to fully reinstate areas at Bohernabreena Road following works done as part of the Boherboy Scheme, given that the area has been left in a completely unacceptable condition.

That the Manager puts in place an urgent action and implementation plan to deal with the matter of illegal horse ownership and grazing on open spaces in the Jobstown/Brookfield areas, noting that there are extreme cases of animal cruelty, major animal welfare issues and public health and safety concerns arising from this practice and the proliferation of horses in and around *address supplied.

That this Committee urges the full and immediate provision of clean-up and remedial works following the Water Mains Rehabilitation Programme in Greenhills. This Committee recognises the importance of these works and that they require major disruption, but  notes its unhappiness with the number of footpaths, verges and driveways have been left in a poor state following the works.
