"That a proper barrier, sufficient to withstand a vehicle crash, be installed without delay and prior to the opening of the Scholarstown Interchange to full-flow traffic.  Exactly what part of 'crash/safety barrier does the NRA not quite understand?', the reply is not to include references to EIS and Safety reports but to suggest that this real and immediate concern of adjacent residents be taken seriously and acted upon once and for all."
