"To ask the manager to detail the status of Bin chip implementation for the Rathfarnham area and the % success rate of lifts from the day customers moved to chip only?"

Electoral Area Statistics are being compiled at the moment and will be available for future meetings.
The county wide picture as at last week is given below -
