QUESTION: Councillor C. Keane

"To ask the Manager for a report on the bus stop location at Prospect Manor and the result of meeting with Dublin Bus - that has taken place with Residents?"

REPLY:

A site meeting between Prospect Manor Resident's Association and Dublin Bus has taken place already in January 2010 and a further meeting is scheduled for the first week in March 2010. The Area Committee will be informed of the outcome of these meetings.  The purpose of the meetings is to enable the Resident's Association to express their concerns directly to Dublin Bus in respect of the south bound bus-stop adjacent to the entrance to Prospect Manor, and to establish whether Dublin Bus have appropriate funding to accommodate any modifications that may be identified.
