"To ask the Manager for an update on the upgrading of the ponds at Tymon Park and to say when this work will be carried out?"

"To ask the Manager to examine the cul-de-sac at St. Bridget's Drive, Greenhills to see how this area could be improved by planting ivy or other creepers on the walls, painting the railings on top of the walls of the business park, providing large planters and generally improving the appearance of the cul-de-sac and turning this large open area into an attractive streetscape and an amenity for the area?"

"To ask the Manager when will the tree stumps be removed following the tree cutting on Templeville and when will a tree planting programme be carried out to replace the cut trees?"

"To ask the Manager to close the pedestrian entrance at the side of 65 Lansdowne Park to stop antisocial behaviour to leave just one entrance from Knocklyon Road into the open space at Lansdowne Park?"

"To ask the Manager to provide a very short footpath, about 5-6 mtrs. along the route marked by pedestrian use at the end of the following two roads, end of Willington Crescent and Willington Drive to connect with current path. It would greatly facilitate easy and safe access to Tymon park, it is also use as shortcut to bus stop by many residents in the area?"

"That Parks organise for the two walls at 31 and 33 Ballyroan Road to be reinstated following serious cracks which have arisen in the wall due to damage caused by tree roots and during the tree removal process."

"That the Manager give a report on the issues in connection with the new playground in Rathfarnham Castle Park and advise on the outcome of the discussions with the Residents Association, the OPW and the Council particularly in relation to security, car parking, planting and landscaping."

"That this committee be consulted regarding the study commissioned by the OPW on a masterplan for Rathfarnham Castle."

"That this Committee considers recommending the Parks Department to examine the feasibility of providing a residential Caretaker in the grounds of Rathfarnham Castle Park as part of any refurbishment/development proposals for the Castle Grounds into the future which would serve the purpose of providing security and a permanent presence within the grounds of the park."

"That the Manager outline in detail what the future plans are for the upgrading of Greenhills Park in relation to the provision of Park Rangers, locking the park at night, provision of security - cameras etc., provision of a playground and the general improvement of facilities in the Park up to the standard provided by the Council in Tymon and other parks in the County as local residents believe that the community would benefit greatly from an upgraded park which would become more of a focus in the community and so reduce anti-social behaviour in the area."

The path is sloped, so the sewage comes out and runs in all directions, creating a health hazard?"
