QUESTION: Councillor M. Ardagh

"To ask the Manager to remove the graffiti from the shed door on St. Bridget's Drive, Greenhills?"

REPLY:

The Litter Warden for the area has examined this location and reported that the graffiti is on private property and it is, therefore, the owner's responsibility to remove same.  The Environmental Services Department will advise the owner of their obligations in this regard and will monitor the location to ensure that the offending graffiti is removed.
