MOTION NO. 12

MOTION: Councillor P. Cosgrave

"That the Manager have the graffiti cleaned from the wall in the Laneway at side of house 88 Orchardstown Drive."

REPORT:

The location has been referred for initial inspection by the Litter warden for the area.  Upon receipt of the appropriate inspection report, this location will be either referred to the Council's Graffiti Removal Team or a specialist cotractor as appropriate for removal, unless any of the graffiti is located on private property in which case the owner/occupier of the property will be requested to remove the graffiti in accordance with their obligations under the Litter Pollution Act, 1997 as amended.
