That the Manager with agreement from the Church Lane resident's association erect a plaque to commemorating the architect Thomas Byrne who designed Woodstown Cottages. Thomas Byrne was a family member of the famous Scott Architectural family of father and two sons in the UK who designed many buildings of importance in the Gothic and Arts and Craft styles.

Motions
That the Manager investigates and resolves the water flooding at the pedestrian school crossing at Ballyroan Crescent D.16. The surface of the crossing is damaged with cracks and potholes because of water rising from the under cracks. When there is heavy rain the water comes down from the road that serves the local junior and senior schools. The water flows underground surfacing from the cracks in the crossing. Roads management need to dig up the crossing and pipe the rainwater into new flood drains on Ballyroan Crescent.
That this Council ensures that the Whitechurch Stream Flood Alleviation Scheme prioritises and expedites the flood defence works at or near Grange Park, Rathfarnham, to ensure that the area does not flood again.
