Can I ask the Manager why the public bin was removed from College Drive, Dublin 6w? And also ask the manager if it could be to replaced in the same spot or close by please.

The public bin previously located on College Drive (https://maps.app.goo.gl/CeRd1tnxbYyrwrga8) was relocated to the entrance of the park on Fortfield Road, approximately 60 metres away (https://maps.app.goo.gl/YBMDRux6uS7NF69V8). The original location had become a regular site for domestic waste dumping, with household rubbish bags left beside the bin. To address this, the bin was moved to a location that better supports legitimate use while preventing further misuse. Since the relocation, the dumping issue has been resolved, and the bin continues to serve park users and the surrounding public realm.
