To ask for a timeframe on the taking in charge of Scholarstown Wood

REPLY:

The taking in charge process for Scholarstown Wood is progressing well.  The developer is engaging with the Council on several important items in relation to the Taking in Charge.  There were some trees lopped that were of concern to residents.  Some play space items are being resolved. The public realm items are largely resolved. The "as constructed" drawings have been submitted to the Council. The Council estimate that if the current progress continues, Scholarstown Wood will be ready for Taking in charge in 7 months time.
