MOTION: Councillor P. Kearns

That this committee notes the the amount of rubbish that is deposited along the Dodder River following heavy rainfall and requests that the source of this rubbish is located and contained as a matter of urgency.

REPORT:

Enforcement and Licensing and Public Realm sections will review reports of rubbish deposited along the Dodder River following heavy rainfall. A full examination of the areas mentioned along the river will take place in order to locate the source of this rubbish to prevent the deposits in further heavy rainfall periods.
