To ask the Chief Executive to advise when Loreto Gate Apartments on the Grange Road Rathfarnham will be fully occupied?
REPLY:
35 of the 37 homes at Loreto Gate have been allocated to eligible households. Nominations for the remaining two homes have issued to the Approved Housing Body (AHB) and allocations are expected to be finalised as a matter of priority.
