1.    How it can be that the planning file online currently shows a grant of permission in relation to another planning application?
 
2.    It appears that the applicant is attempting to create a third vehicular access from Russell Downs, if so this is materially changed from the advertised application and should it be re-advertised?
 
3.    Given the fact that the neighbourhood centre is located on Fortunestown Way and the considerable opposition locally in relation to access other than pedestrian from Sundale Park why has the Manager in AI request asked that the applicant omit the vehicular access on Fortunestown Way?"
