"That this Committee requests the Manager to provide a full and detailled report on the lack of progress to date on providing the necessary documentation regarding tenure to the CARP project in Killinarden and calls on the Manager to address any outstanding issues and delays as a matter of urgency and that the Manager provides a headed item to this committee outlining the progress with regard to this unacceptable situation on a monthly basis until it is resolved."

"That this Committee calls on the Manager to instruct the developer of the Arena site (Whitestown Way) to instruct contractors to cease parking on the roadside as this is causing significant road safety issues for both the contractors and the general public and further instructs the developer to temporarily tarmac the grass verges for the purposes of parking with a view to the verges being re-instated on the completion of the site."

"That this Committee supports an examination of the Old Greenhills Road, to explore the use of this road section for bus and cycle use only (inwards) this to be done in conjunction with Dublin Bus."

"To request the Manager to put in place a study in the Saggart, Brittas, Rathcoole area to deal with the urgent need local people have for housing in their own area.

This study should be carried out in the same way as Bohernabreena/Glen na Smol was carried out.  It could involve local people, County Council officals from the Planning Department, Roads Department, Development Department and Environment Department and Local Councillors.

The guidelines could be set down so that this study would be carried out in a well-planned manner, to enhance the area and the surrounding environment?"
