MOTION: Councillor C. King

"That this Committee, calls on the Manager to consult with residents of Russell Crescent (Jobstown) with a view to additional parallel car parking bays to be included in or alongside the green space on the Road" .

REPORT:

Whilst a substantial amount of parking has been provided in this development there is evidence of some parking on the amenoty area. The provision of additional parking spaces will be forwarded to the Architects department for their consideration. It should be noted, however, that the removal of green area to provide additional parking will reduce the amenity of the area.
