"To request the Manager to put in place a study in the Saggart, Brittas, Rathcoole area to deal with the urgent need local people have for housing in their own area.
This study should be carried out in the same way as Bohernabreena/Glen na Smol was carried out. It could involve local people, County Council officals from the Planning Department, Roads Department, Development Department and Environment Department and Local Councillors.
The guidelines could be set down so that this study would be carried out in a well-planned manner, to enhance the area and the surrounding environment?"
