Questions
To ask the Chief Executive for an update in relation to the programme of foothpath repairs. Can information be provided as to the plan for the next 12 months re: number of estates, which estates, a timeline of when works might be expected to begin and end, the criteria and what regard is taken for reported footpath issues? And in particular, what is the plan for Limekiln Green, Dublin 12, which is long overdue footpath repairs.
To ask the Chief Executive what power or authority the local authority has to intervene in situations where a tree planted on private property is causing a nuisance. This might relate for example to very overgrown tree(s) which are now encroaching in to the public space and restricting light, access and view (a significant safety issue, especially at night time) or where a tree is so big that it is is shedding leaves excessively onto public roads and public footpaths and/or into other private residents property.
To ask the Chief Executive, when reviewing the operation of the Orlagh roundabout, has he considered the effect of even more traffic hitting the roundabout in the future with respect to the proposed development of the Cosgrave site and the Augustinian site at Ballyboden, given that the roundabout is on the direct route to the M50 and beside the local schools which are already packed?
To ask the Chief Executive to provide and update and timescale for the Dodder Greenway project.
To ask the Chief Executive to repair the faded parking space markers and yellow box junction at Barton Drive Rathfarnham outside the local shops?
To ask the Chief Executive for a schedule of road works planned for this Area in the period leading to Christmas 2019.

Questions
To ask the Chief Executive what if any plans there are regarding the very tall trees growing in Tymon Park to the right of the Limkiln Road entrance and how they intend to manage the risk of these trees falling in strong winds either within the park itself or onto private residents nearby?
To ask the Chief Executive for an update on hedge cutting for both local electoral areas-for such a report to outline what hedgecutting has already taken place and what is planned to take place and when such works might be carried out and for the Chief Executive to outline what factors determine what areas will be cut, how decisions will be made on this and whether those doing so have adequate biodiversity training.
To ask the Chief Executive to list in tabular form, by area, details of the proposed tree planting programme according to the principle of "right tree in the right place" for winter 2019/spring 2020
To ask the Chief Executive to expeditiously remove a tree stump on the grass verge of the road at Templeroan Way as it is lying flat about 10 inches rather than 1 metre above the ground and is a trip hazard.
To ask the Chief Executive for a breakdown of the new sports facilities at the Mount Carmel site in Dodder Valley Park and for a report on whether the pitches have been allocated and how the allocation process works.
To ask the Chief Executive to please prune and clear back a collection of bushes in the green area between Aranleigh Park and Aranleigh Dell Rathfarnham - the heavy bushes and trees has become a congregation point for anti-social behaviour which is of great concern to local residents?
To ask the Chief Executive for an update on tree maintenance for the estates of Hermitage and Grange Manor Rathfarnham that will address the significant number of difficult trees within these estates and when this will begin?
To ask the Chief Executive, regarding the work taking place in Kiltipper Park and the new stone wall being built at the waterworks entrance, what steps SDCC is taking to facilitate the extra traffic, litter, anti social behaviour etc which this could bring.
