That the Chief Executive Officer ensures the reinstatement of Bancroft Park following works there in late December which have destroyed parts of this local amenity.
That this Committee calls on the Chief Executive Officer to implement an effective action programme to deal with the litter problem throughout the Tallaght area and if he would confirm any plans for the greater use of CCTV to deal with the issue and any plans to increase the penalties for litter crime and in reporting will he also state if he believes that the problem will increase over the Christmas period.
That this Committee calls on the Chief Executive Officer to report once again on progress on addressing the serious issue of anti social behaviour particularly illegal dumping on the green space at Kiltalown Path, Rd & Park as previously discussed here. This report to include the previously requested cost analysis of installing CCTV versus the ongoing clean-up costs. This Committee further calls on the Chief Executive Officer to arrange for the immediate clean-up and re-planting of this green space to enable the children of the area to utilise the small soccer pitch that was installed recently at my request and can the manager report on what success or otherwise has been had identifying the perpetrators of the illegal dumping".

That this Committee calls on the Chief Executive Officer to ensure every resource possible is used including collaborating with other agencies to ensure those that have been allocated homes through SDCC's scheme of lettings priorities are actually residing in those homes and that illegal subletting is not taking place or being just left idle while living elsewhere particularly given the Housing crisis we have at present. With this in mind can the Chief Executive Officer commit to providing additional resources into ascertaining whether or not the tenants at ( details provided), are residing there or not and if not works as efficiently as possible to allocate them to new families in need".
