MOTION: Councillor C. King

That this Committee calls on the Chief Executive Officer to initiate a consultation process with residents of Pairc Gleann Trasna, Carrigmore Park, Marlfield Green and the membership and management of the P&T Club Kiltipper Rd and Postal Aylsbury FC with a view to Establishing a right of way to the P&T Club via a gateway in the general vicinity of these Roads to facilitate safer access for children attending coaching sessions and matches at the Club and can the Chief Executive Officer make a statement on the matter.

REPORT:

It is understood that the lands in question are in private ownership. If the motion is approved the matter will be examined from a feasibility point of view.
