"To ask this Committee calls for the installation of 'no dog fouling' signs to be erected on the boundaries of the green space in Westpark Estate indicating the fine applicable if a dog walker is found to be allowing their dog to foul without disposing of the contents in an appropriate manner?"

That this Committee requests the Manager to provide an update on the Dublin Agglomeration Environmental Noise Action Plan for the area under the remit of this Committee; that locations within this area subject to high levels of environmental noise be identified; and that possible remedial actions be identified.
That urgent action be taken to make safe and secure the semi-derelict former Cleanbuild site at Bohernabreena Road, having regard to the presence of asbestos in the roof, and the ongoing serious anti-social activity on site.
That this Committee calls on the Manager to arrange when possible and as a matter of urgency to install a mobile CCTV camera at Killinarden Hill where continuous and severe dumping continues to plague the area and which was the scene of a dumped dead Alsatian dog recently.
That this Committee asks for a report on on activities, events and measures planned around Hallowe'en specific to this area, again requesting that an event be considered for the area east of the M50 (Dublin 12/6w).
That this Committee calls on the Manager to arrange for the Graffiti task force to arrange for the removal of the significant unsightly graffiti that has covered the walls surrounding the green space between the Drive, Walk and Grove Millbrook Lawns for some time to compliment the immense work that the residents association puts into the cleaning, planting and general upkeep of the area.

That this Committee calls on the Manager to prioritise the installation of a new playground, on a phased and least costly basis first, on the Tymon North side of Tymon Park and to give a timescale as to when such works could commence.
That this Council commit to arranging for pruning work on the Trees in Kilakee Firhouse as soon as possible, as the trees are currently growing out of control.
That this Committee calls for the provision of a "dog run" area in Tymon Park in which owners will be permitted to allow their dogs off the leash, similar to arrangements elsewhere in the County.
That the Manager undertakes to complete landscaping and enhancement of the roundabout at Sundale Road in conjunction with the local residents environment group.
"That this Committee calls on the Manager to arrange for the small semi circular patch of grass that is located at the View (Millbrook Lawns) end of the laneway that leads to the Crescent to be removed and tarmacked or concreted over to remove the nuisance element that occurs to residents association each grass cutting season when it is not cut and ends up being dumped on and undermines the great environmental work that is carried out by them throughout the year. The Association is not in a position to cut it as they already damaged some of their machinery trying to do so".
That this Committee, in reiterating its call for the speedy delivery of the TASC Pavilion in Tymon Park, calls for a full report on the project outlining what has happened since our June meeting and the proposed timeline for the remainder of the project.
"That this Committee calls on the Manager to arrange for the commencement of the procedures to extinguish the Public right of way at Parkwood Avenue which has become an area of severe anti-social and criminal behaviour which An Garda Síochánna are very much aware of and to arrange for appropriate measure to be put in place post the process that ensures access to the general public is not possible with a view to ensuring the quality of lives of residents living nearby gets back to normal after years of intimidation and harassment"
