"That this Committee calls on the Manager to arrange for the small semi circular patch of grass that is located at the View  (Millbrook Lawns) end of the laneway that leads to the Crescent to be removed and tarmacked or concreted over to remove the nuisance element that occurs to residents association each grass cutting season when it is not cut and ends up being dumped on and undermines the great environmental work that is carried out by them throughout the year. The Association is not in a position to cut it as they already damaged some of their machinery trying to do so".
