MOTION NO. 6

MOTION: Councillor C. King

That this Committee calls on the Manager to arrange for the Graffiti task force to arrange for the removal of the significant unsightly graffiti that has covered the walls surrounding the green space between the Drive, Walk and Grove Millbrook Lawns for some time to compliment the immense work that the residents association puts into the cleaning, planting and general upkeep of the area.

REPORT:

Any graffiti in the area in question which is on Council owned property will be removed by the Public Realm Maintenance section during the week commencing Monday September 23rd.  Where the graffiti is on private property or the boundary walls of private property, such graffiti should be removed by the property owners.
