That this council urgently follows up on the required maintenance for trees in the laneway beside the schools in Kingswood Heights (known locally as The Black Path) following a tree marked for maintenance coming down, between 10am and 12 on Sunday 12/3, in moderate wind.

That the Adamstown liaison team takes a proactive approach to securing and facilitating a meeting in the coming weeks between the relevant developer and Somerton Greens Residents Group - if not already scheduled - in relation to finding a workable solution regarding the maintenance and management of lands to the rear of this part of the estate that remain under the legacy ownership and control of the developer, without prejudice to any enforcement orders or proceedings still being adjudicated upon, in the interests of finding a practical and mutually satisfactory outcome for all parties.

That this Area Committee agrees that a 1m wide grass verge adjacent to the route of the weekly 5km Parkrun in Corkagh Park, be cut very short and maintained so in order to facilitate parkrunners who wish to run on grass as opposed to running on tarmac.

Following on from my previous motion in relation to TJ Burns Cottages 10& 11 Old Bawn Road , can the council look to purchase these bungalows and return to housing stock- since the last time I raised this motion a portion of roof tiles to the back of the houses have now been removed from both houses which will affect the building stability of left too long and the back yards are just a dumping ground - neighbouring residents are negatively impacted by this neglect photos attached
