To ask the Manager if the Council received a report of a sewage discharge into the Griffeen River during the past month due to a breakdown in the pumping station in the vicinity of Arthur Griffith Park, if the pumping station in question breaks down more often than might be expected, and if he will make a statement on the matter?
To ask the Manager for an updated report on contacts between the Community Services Department and organization/clubs/groups in Palmerstown about access to the facilities of the new Community Centre, and if any interest has been expressed by groups based in Woodfarm Acres estate?
That this Committee calls on the Minister for Education to meet with the members to discuss the neglect of the Holy Rosary National School with regard to the School's Building Programme. Further, this Committee demands that the school is treated with the highest priority.

That the Council writes to the Department of Education asking that the essential refurbishment of St Brigid's School in Palmerstown be carried out immediately.
That this Committee calls for the Council Management to make contact with the owner of the lands between Deerpark and Killinarden Heights to ensure that they secure their lands from joyriders and they also clean-up their lands as this site is an eyesore for residents of Deerpark Square and a magnet for anti-social behaviour, that if the land-owner does not respond in a postive way to this contact action should be taken under the derilict sites act to resolve the matter.

To ask the Manager for a progress report on the implementation in the Lucan and Clondalkin Electoral Areas of the Council's Five Year Playground Programme?
That this Council tests the radiation levels at 11, 13, 14, St. Ronan's Gardens Clondalkin. All the tenants fear that levels are excessively high.

That the Council writes to the ESB and Eircom asking that they keep their boxes at the entrance to Woodfarm Acres free of graffiti and to business premises in Palmerstown Village with the same request, while complimenting Council staff in the excellent work they do against heavy odds to keep the County public areas free of graffiti and that a concerted effort be made to eradicate the practice at the pedestrian entrance to the Covert from Kennelsfort Road. This area is nothing short of a disgrace between graffiti and dumping of rubbish.
To ask the Manager what use is to be made of the old stone material taken from the old Neilstown Bridge, if all of the stone is to be moved to Corkagh Park, and if the North Clondalkin Community Development Association has been consulted about the possible use of some of the stone for a piece of public sculpture in the north Clondalkin area?
