QUESTION: Councillor T. McDermott

"To ask the Manager to remove the graffiti the laneway between Fairways and Butterfield?"

REPLY:

The laneway will be listed for inspection by the Litter Warden and the appropriate remedial action will be recommended by the Litter warden. If any privately owned property is affected then the owners of that property will be requested to remedy the graffiti. If the property is owned by the Council, it will be listed for remedial action.
