That this Committee calls on the Manager to arrange for the insertion of a yellow box or half box on the Fortunestown Way exiting Kilclare Estate, Jobstown, as residents are unable to exit their Estate at certain times of the day and evening.

That this Committee calls for a waiver of pitch fees for soccer teams emanating from the West Tallaght RAPID area.
That the Manager gives a commitment to ensure that all road signage on National Roads in the Tallaght area are verified for correct spelling of placenames etc. as soon as possible.
That the Manager will arrange for an urgent clean up of the Mill Pond area and laneway leading up to the Clondalkin Sports & Leisure Centre from the Old Nangor Road adjacent to the pitch & putt course.
To ask the Manager to write to the Minister for Education and Science to request that he sanction without delay the planning and construction of the proposed Lucan South VEC second-level school on the recently acquired site at Kishoge and to further request that he commit to developing much-needed permanent accommodation for both St Andrews NS and Esker Educate Together NS on the two new sites currently being sought in Lucan by the Office of Public Works on his department's behalf?
That this Committee requests the Manager to present a detailed report, for discussion, on proposals submitted by developers of Adamstown SDZ to deliver, in collaboration with this Council, a new Community Sports & Aquatic Complex for the accessible use of all residents and families of Adamstown and the Greater Lucan Area; and to report on this council’s assessment to date of the current proposals.
That this Committee requests the Manager to present detailed proposals aimed at improving the regularity and scope of street-cleansing and litter-picking operations along main roads (including adjoining grass verges and landscaped areas) in the Lucan South area, including among others: Castle Road, Ballyowen Lane, Balgaddy Road, Griffeen Avenue and Griffeen Road, Lucan.

That the Manager arrange that the footpath on the Fonthill Road from first entrance to St. John's Estate as far as the Old Nangor Road junction (Corkagh Park side), Clondalkin be cleaned.
To ask the Manager to write to An Post, and to ask for details of the intentions of An Post for future use of the land formerly occupying the Lucan Sorting Office, and any time-scales involved?
To ask the Manager to indicate his intentions for the land of the former green waste facility in Lucan?

To ask the Manager, further to my two motions at the November 2009 meeting of this Area Committee, to report on what footpath improvement works are planned for each of Lucan Village and Palmerstown Village as part of the 2010 works programme?
To ask the Manager to introduce further appropriate road safety measures along Balgaddy Road between the Foxborough Road roundabout and the roundabout at Divine Mercy Church, to include completion of the footpath along the south side of Balgaddy Road between the old Lynches Lane and Tór an Rí, so as to improve safety for school-children walking to and from Archbishop Ryan JNS and SNS and for the residents of Buirg an Rí, Tór and Rí and Méile an Rí estates?
To ask the Manager, with regards to the recently completed disposal of a 7 acre site at Clonburris to the Minster of Education, if he would commit to ring-fencing the proceeds of this disposal for capital investment in the South Lucan area, on projects such as the long-awaited Lucan Swimming Pool; and to further request the Manager to arrange a special consultative briefing for the elected members on the matter of further possible land disposals in the Lucan area?
To ask the Manager to further update on the current status of plans to develop a publicly-accessible park on lands previously handed over to South Dublin County Council as part of the Hermitage Clinic development; and to include in the reply a map illustrating both the boundaries and access points to the lands in question?
To ask the Manager to provide details of the operation, scheduled regularity and staff resources employed in litter-picking and cleansing in parks in the Lucan electoral area including in particular Griffeen Valley Park and Willsbrook Park?
