DECLARATION OF ROADS TO BE PUBLIC ROADS

a) The Beeches, Barton Avenue, Rathfarnham

Report

The following report was considered at the Terenure/Rathfarnham Area Committee Meeting of 5th May, 2009.

“Statutory Notice has been given in the public press of the Council’s intention to consider the making of a declaration that the roads in the following estate,

The Beeches (Barton Avenue)

 as set out in the Schedule attached, be public roads.

No objections were received.

It is recommended that the roads be declared to be public roads.

 he recommendation of the Committee will be brought before the Council at its next meeting.”

It was proposed by Councillor P. Cosgrave, seconded by Councillor T. McDermott and AGREED:

“That this Committee recommends that South Dublin County Council declare the roads in The Beeches (Barton Avenue)as set out in the above report to be public roads.”

 If the Council agrees to the recommendation, the following resolution is required:-

“That the roads referred to in the attached schedule be and are hereby declared to be public roads.”
