Re:    Proposed Transfer of Lands at Busty Hill, Off Naas Road to Johnston  Logistics Limited.

The Council proposes to transfer the sites identified outlined in red on Drawing No. LA/04/09 - having an area of 2769 sq. m, LA/16/09 – having an area of 87 sq m, and LA/17/09 – having an area of 2137sq m. or thereabouts to Johnston Logistics Limited, in accordance with Section 211 of Planning and Development Act, 2000, Section 88 of the Housing Act, 1966 and subject to the provisions of Section 183 of the Local Government Act, 2001 for a nominal sum of €100.00 (one hundred euro) per plot.

The proposed transfer of the above mentioned plots which are surplus lands on lands not required by the Council following completion of the Road Scheme, is to complete an agreement between South Dublin County Council and Johnston Logistics Limited in relation to compensation for land acquired from Johnston Logistics Limited by Compulsory Purchase to facilitate the construction of the N7 Rathcoole to Kildare County Boundary Road improvement scheme.

 The above lands now being transferred to Johnston Logistics Limited were acquired in the case of Drawing No. LA/04/09 from J. Harris (Assemblers) and in the case of Drawing No. LA/17/09 and LA/16/09 from Johnston Logistics Limited to facilitate the construction of the N7 road Improvement Scheme.
