DECLARATION OF ROADS TO BE PUBLIC ROADS

REPLY:

The following report was considered at the Tallaght Area Committee Meeting of 18th May, 2009.

“Statutory Notice has been given in the public press of the Council’s intention to consider the making of a declaration that the following road,

Kiltipper Way 

 as set out in the Schedule attached, be a public road.

 No objections were received.

It is recommended that the road be declared to be a public road.

 The recommendation of the Committee will be brought before the Council at its next meeting.”

 It was proposed by Councillor C Jones, seconded by Councillor M Corr and AGREED:

“That this Committee recommends that South Dublin County Council declare the road at Kiltipper Way as set out in the above report to be a public road.”

 If the Council agrees to the recommendation, the following resolution is required:-

 That the road referred to in the attached schedule be and are hereby declared to be a public road.”
