"That the Council carry out/oversee an inspection of current utility poles in the area.  Many metal poles are rusty (not all are public lighting columns) and advise on a program of painting work to make good these poles.  Please note that some of these poles are dated 1912 and many more are more recent but are in need of paintwork."
