"To ask the Manager to initiate proceedings necessary to have the property at *details supplied declared as a derelict site?"

"To ask the Manager to contact the owner of the house under construction at 110 Suncroft Drive, which was given permission under application number SD02A/0273 requesting them to render the site secure and to ensure that access is prevented to the site in the absence of work being carried out,  this site is causing untold misery for residents of neighbouring properties, with bonfire materials being kept there, skips left unsupervised for long periods and generally attracting nuisance behaviour as it is on a corner?"

"To ask the Manager, having regard to the Council's objective for the further development of the Dodder Valley as a public amenity, to provide details of the lands in Council ownership west of the Old Bawn/Firhouse junction, and can he also state the area of land currently in private ownership that would need to be acquired in order to achieve this objective, and can he also provide a map outlining ownerships?"

"To ask the Manager to have arranged contact with the owner of *details supplied, with a view to allowing him to purchase the site adjacent to his home. This site is the focus of anti-social activity and due to the presence of a main sewer cannot be built on. Contact has been made with the Developer who has informed me that this is a matter for the Council to deal with. Any such disposal of the land could contain a clause stating that due to the presence of the main sewer no development can take place on the site?"

"To ask the Manager to urgently bring forward his proposals for the provision of a new link road westwards with the objective of better traffic management in the Kiltipper/Marlfield/Ellensborough/Deerpark area?"

Residents of Ferncourt Avenue alleged that a considerable number of construction vehicles use this road and will the Manager make a statement on the matter?"

"To ask the Manager to have arranged the repair of the lights at the Belgard Road Fire Station which are intended to highlight  the presence of the adjacent Fire Station and will the Manager note that the lights have been out of opearation for some time?"

"To ask the Manager to have arranged the removal of the weeds/briars at the footpath on Cookstown Road (adjacent to St. Marks National School), as they are impeding safe pedestrian access/egress at this location?"

“To ask the Manager if in the context of the Firhouse Road Improvement Scheme, a proper pedestrian crossing is going to be established close to the entrance to Firhouse Community College on the Firhouse Road, or if an alternative site has been found for this project, if and when the project will start, and the likely time frame involved, and what access will residents in the Kilakee area who use the Ballycullen Drive onto the Firhouse Road have in terms of accessing the road while construction works are taking place, and if he will make a statement on the matter.”
