Development
Questions
"To ask the Manager to initiate proceedings necessary to have the property at *details supplied declared as a derelict site?"
"To ask the Manager to initiate proceedings to have the land between the shopping centre on Fortunestown Lane and the Russell Square development declared as a derelict site?"
"To ask the Manager to have arranged contact with the owner of *details supplied, with a view to allowing him to purchase the site adjacent to his home. This site is the focus of anti-social activity and due to the presence of a main sewer cannot be built on. Contact has been made with the Developer who has informed me that this is a matter for the Council to deal with. Any such disposal of the land could contain a clause stating that due to the presence of the main sewer no development can take place on the site?"
“To ask the Manager to give an update on the current situation concerning the old Packard site off the Greenhills Road in Tallaght, this building is now in a dilapidated condition, and clearly the matter needs to be resolved as soon as possible, and if he will make a statement on the matter?”

Roads
Questions
"To ask the Manager to urgently bring forward his proposals for the provision of a new link road westwards with the objective of better traffic management in the Kiltipper/Marlfield/Ellensborough/Deerpark area?"
"To ask the Manager to confirm what action can be taken to deal with the ongoing water-logging, flooding problems at *details supplied and will he please note that this (particularly during periods of frost) is a potential traffic hazard that requires urgent attention?"
"To ask the Manager whether the Roads Department could re-examine the decision of October Traffic Correspondence Meeting to not introduce a three ton weight restriction on Ferncourt Avenue in Oldcourt in view of the serious concerns residents have for the safety of children on this street. Residents of Ferncourt Avenue alleged that a considerable number of construction vehicles use this road and will the Manager make a statement on the matter?"
"To ask the Manager to have arranged the removal of the weeds/briars at the footpath on Cookstown Road (adjacent to St. Marks National School), as they are impeding safe pedestrian access/egress at this location?"
“To ask the Manager if in the context of the Firhouse Road Improvement Scheme, a proper pedestrian crossing is going to be established close to the entrance to Firhouse Community College on the Firhouse Road, or if an alternative site has been found for this project, if and when the project will start, and the likely time frame involved, and what access will residents in the Kilakee area who use the Ballycullen Drive onto the Firhouse Road have in terms of accessing the road while construction works are taking place, and if he will make a statement on the matter.”
“To ask the Manager when the yellow box at the entrance to Carrigmore in Citywest will be established, given a commitment that the works in question would be initiated some time ago, and given the continuous development in this area, and the need for residents in Carrigmore to be able to access all routes in the area, if he could give a guarantee that this work will be expedited as soon as possible, and if he will make a statement on the matter?”
"To ask the Manager when he will correct the new road sign concerning the Greenhills Road extension, given the fact that a commitment was given that this would be called the “Nurse Miney” Road, following a request from Bancroft Residents Association, and if he will make a statement on the matter?”
“To ask the Manager if he will set out what plans he has, if any, to reinstate the existing narrow public pedestrian pathway that runs between Broomhill Road and Airton Road on the Greenhills Road, if he could reinstate this pathway in the context of the Footpath Repairs Programme, and if could make a statement on the matter.”
