"To ask the Manager to consult with the Roads Department about the possibility of local residents adjacent to the laneway leading from Fonthill to Ballyboden Road, acquiring the laneway into their gardens and whether any impediments in the form of services stand in the way of such a request (as well as the obvious need to publicly advertise the potential extinguishment of a right-of-way)?"
"To ask the Manager for a report on progress regarding the specification of boundary treatments on the New Knocklyon Road. In particular how many of the modifications stipulated by people who supported the road in principle but were unhappy with the proposed boundaries, it is now proposed to incorporate?"

Cathaoirleach's Business
"That the Manager present a report for the consideration of the committee regarding progress on completion of works at Whitechurch Stream, the estate having been taken in charge last year, and to indicate the works requiring to be carried out by the Roads Dept and when same will be completed."
"That this Committee recommends that the pavements in Templeogue Village be upgraded - taking into consideration that we will be erecting a sculpture in the Village in the Autumn it would be fitting to have the footpath area paved/ renewed. This work was not carried out as part of the Village Renewal Scheme and should now be undertaken. The footpaths are dangerous as well as unsightly. Rathfarnham Village, Rosemount, St. Peters Road and Templeville shops have all recently been completed to a very high standard. The historical village of Templeogue deserves a facelift."
