WHITECHURCH STREAM ESTATE - RESURFACING WORKS

"That the Manager present a report for the consideration of the committee regarding progress on completion of works at Whitechurch Stream, the estate having been taken in charge last year, and to indicate the works requiring to be carried out by the Roads Dept and when same will be completed."

REPORT:

The Area Engineer has met with a contractor and is now waiting a price for the carrying out of the resurfacing works at Whitechurch Stream Estate.  If the estimate is considered satisfactory the contractor will be instructed to proceed.
