CROMWELLSFORT ROAD - FLOODING

MOTION: Councillor M. Árdagh

"That the Manager carry out the remedial action necessary to deal with the road surface drainage problems from 146-156 Cromwellsfort Road as outlined in the letter from the Residents Association (details attached)." 

REPORT:

The Road Drainage System adjoining 146-156 Cromwellsfort Road has been examined and the problem of the lack of drainage is being caused by the roots of an adjoining tree which have grown into the system.  It will be necessary to remove the tree prior to relaying the surface water system and the Parks Department are being consulted in this matter.
