1.  Notes the continued refusal of Dublin Cemeteries Ltd., to resolve the matter of the opening hours at Ballymount Park, instructs the Parks Department to proceed with the proposed works immediately, and that this Councl invoice Dublin Cemeteries Ltd., for 50% of the costs incurred.

2.  Invites the Law Agent of this Council to attend the March TAC 1 Meeting to outline to the elected members the legal status of the lease between SDCC and Dublin Cemeteries Ltd.

"That the manager further to the recent petition from residents of the Russell Square development examine the complaints made regarding a pointless grass verge on Russell Drive with a view to providing in its place adequate parking spaces for residents, in addition to this will he examine and address the problems associated with grass verges on residents doorsteps in the entire estate which are the cause of much nuisance to residents vis-a-vis dirt and mud being dragged into their new homes"

"That this Committee calls on the Manager to install a litter bin adjacent to public open space at Ard Macha, Old Bawn.  This area is located within the catchment area of the shopping centre and is used by students and public alike as access.   The Council policy of not placing bins in housing estates should not apply in this case"

" That this committee calls on the Manager to install two litter bins, one at the area adjacent to the Dale, Belgard Heights and the footpath leading to the Luas Station and the second litter bin  in the vicinity of Belgard Shopping Centre and this committee notes a report presented to the Environment Strategic Policy Committee in early 2005 which stated that " The Council is willing to consider in exceptional cases the installation of litter bins in a limited number of locations in housing estates where there is through pedestrian traffic going to and from shops, parks or schools." and this committee believes that these two locations fall within that remit".

"That this Committee demands an explanation for the lack of “green bin” waste disposal services for apartments in the Tallaght South area".
