NOTES the clear consensus emerging from both meetings on the need for a new multi-functional community facility for the Lucan area;

REQUESTS the Manager to finalise the report of the 'Lucan Community Initiative' so that it can be discussed at the January meeting of this Committee; and
-
Further Requests that the next Rolling Capital Programme includes a commitment to a new multi-functional community facility for the Lucan area."
