MOTION: Councillor G. O'Connell

"That the ditch/green space beside the laneway between Wheatfield Road and Oak Court Estate be declared a derelict site and that the Council proceed to remove dead and dangerous trees and undergrowth from same."

REPORT:

The  area in question was  subject of report to the December 20l2 meeting of the Lucan ACM, (Motion 10)

The Council's Inspector for the purpose of the Derelict Sites Act l990 has been requested to arrange an early inspection of the land in question. On receipt of this report, enforcement action, as appropriate will be taken.
