"That this committee discuss once again the upgrade of the footpaths in Templeogue Village a meeting was to be arranged with the Traders last year. Taking into consideration that Rathfarnham Village and every village in the county has been upgraded not once but twice since I was elected back in 1991 Templeogue Village pathways are in a terrible and dangerous state of repair and nobody is taking responsibility this cannot be allowed to continue."

To commend Management for concessions that have been made in response to residents complaints about  the M50 Works and in particular for the diversion of heavy traffic away from some residential areas and the restoration of some open space for children's recreation and to ask the Manager to report on the liaison system that has been put in place for communities who live close to the current M50 Upgrade works and to include in his report if he is satisfied that the current arrangements are adequate and working well and to confirm that the Council is doing everything possible to minimise the impact on local residents, including reducing to the absolute minimum work outside of core 0800 to 1800 hours during the operational phase of the M50 Works?
