That this Council draw up urgent and long term contingency plans to combat the likelihood of the stacking of HGV trucks when the Dublin City ban on HGV's is enforced in January 2007 from 7am to 7pm. Local residential estates & roads in areas of Palmerstown, Lucan, Clondalkin are most likely to be effected as they border the two local authorities.

REPORT ON PUBLIC CONSULTATION PHASE OF DRAFT COUNTY PLAY POLICY

To ask the Manager to outline in detail the time-scale for responding to queries from Local Residents, Residents Associations and Public Representatives, in the case of planning matters where issues of compliance with Planning Permissions and Conditions of Planning Permissions are raised. How long does it take to respond to such queries in terms of an inspection, preparation and release of a report and where in the case of their being non-compliance, what steps will follow and what are the relevant time-scales for these steps.
"To ask the Manager to confirm that the site at *details supplied, is a site included in a deed of dedication made from Kilnamanagh Estates to the then Dublin County Council and are there any underground pipes, cables etc that would prohibit construction on this site and will the Manager make a statement on the issues raised within this question?"
