"That the Manager present a report to the meeting in detailed individual response to the 12 items of complaint made by letter to the Planning Department in December from local residents regarding apparent breaches of the their planning permission by Ballyboden St Enda's in respect of works being carried out to the rear of No's 18-58 The Glen, Boden Park, indicating what action the enforcement section now proposes to take in order to ensure full compliance with the permission granted."

" To ask the Manager for a detailed update on the most recent grant application from Kingswood Community & Leisure Centre ltd with specific reference to the amount applied for, the criteria and time-frame for the granting of such an amount (when will it come before the Area Committee for approval) and will the Manager note the benificial effects for the entire Kingswood community if this application is approved by the Council?."

To ask the Manager for the details of the estates / properties in the county that were taken in charge in 2005, the estates / properties that are planned to be taken in charge in 2006. Also could he detail the taking in charge projects currently underway including information on the length of time that negotiations have been in progress and the issues outstanding. Also could he comment on the overall experience of the taking in charge process from the Council's viewpoint?
