That the Manager undertakes a public information campaign relating to the law governing the control of dogs, and in particular restricted breeds, within the Lucan, Palmerstown and Clondalkin areas. In association with this could steps be taken to ensure that the excellent Dog Warden service is given the resources to become more visible within the area and that members receive regular updates as to the number of fines issued by the wardens.

In such circumstances would the Manager agree to undertake a survey of all bus stops in the Lucan, Clondalkin and Palmerstown areas during the Summer period and report back by way of a Headed Item at the earliest possible Area Committee Meeting in the Autumn on the amount of bus stops which do not have litter bins in these areas.
